About Me
I’m a Holistic Practitioner working across Reiki, Family Constellation, and Feng Shui consulting, alongside a psychology degree I’m actively pursuing. I’m also the founder of Proactive House, where I work as a Professional Organizer and Life Transitions Specialist.
What ties all of it together is one belief: the body and the home are interconnected sanctuaries. Healing isn’t just energetic or emotional — it lives in our physical spaces too, and a space held with intention supports the deeper work of untangling old patterns. Sometimes that looks like energy healing. Sometimes it’s a Family Constellation session that unravels a pattern that’s followed someone for generations. Sometimes it’s a Feng Shui consultation, or organizing a home during a major life transition.
I bring a grounded, unhurried presence to all of it — whatever door you walk through first.
